The soccer bladder is the core inner part of a football. The coating and yarn winding process directly controls air retention, spherical stability, bounce feel and durability.

This is our bladder coating workshop. Each bladder is processed with standardized glue coating, fabric attaching and yarn winding shaping.

We use professional coating and forming machines. Our bladders are compatible with hand-laminated, machine-laminated and thermal bonded soccer balls.

We carefully control glue distribution and winding density to keep uniform roundness, anti-deformation performance and good air holding ability.

From raw material storage, coating work to semi-finished goods storage, the whole production process is open for viewing. OEM & ODM service is available. We supply size 3 / size 4 / size 5 bladders in bulk for global customers.
